This policy explains how Devauras collects and processes your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

Through the quote request form, we only collect the data you provide:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address (optional)
  • Type of business and chosen pack
  • The content of your message

Purposes

This data is used solely to process your request, prepare a quote and get back to you. It is never sold or used for advertising purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), collected when you submit the form, as well as on Devauras's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible only to the Devauras team. We rely on the following technical sub-processors:

  • Resend — delivery of the form emails.
  • Vercel — website hosting.

As some of these providers may be located outside the European Union, transfers are governed by the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived for a maximum of 3 years from our last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to measure audience and improve the experience. These cookies are only set after your consent, collected via the banner shown on your first visit. You can refuse, in which case no tracking cookie is used. The site does not set any advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@devauras.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
